1. Go to My Services ➔ Click Manage Service.
2. Click Request Cancellation (Immediate or End of Billing Period).

Renewal invoices are automatically generated 14 days before your service due date. Reminders are sent 7 days, 3 days, and on the due date via Email & SMS to prevent accidental service suspension.
